We are getting reports of trouble accessing LexisNexis Academic off-campus. When you follow the LexisNexis Academic links from the library webpage from off-campus, you will be asked to login with your Raidernet username/password. After login, some people are finding that the database gives an error message that says "failure to authenticate".
Oddly enough, if you hit the back arrow to the authentication page and then go in again, it will usually work the second time. :(
The problem will be resolved with an upgrade of the ezproxy authentication server. The Help Desk is working with us to get this done. More on that soon.
Access to LexisNexis Academic is working fine on-campus.
