Yesterday was the first day of Spring. You should celebrate with some music from Roane State's Classical Music Library collection.
Give a listen to Vivaldi's Four Seasons: Spring, Copland's Appalachian Spring, or my personal favorite, Stravinsky's Rite of Spring.
The music by Vivaldi and Copland are very melodic, relaxing pieces. Unlike most classical music, Stravinksy is brash and feels dangerous. In fact, the first performance of Stravinski's ballet in Paris in 1913 was so unusual it caused a riot.
Give it a listen. Please don't riot.
